About this tool
Converting a PDF to images is useful for sharing a page on social media, inserting a page into a slide deck, or when a form only accepts image uploads. Rendering uses Mozilla’s PDF.js — the same engine Firefox uses — inside your browser, so your document is never uploaded.
150 DPI is a good default for screens; use 300 DPI for print-quality output.

Which format should I choose, JPG or PNG?
JPG for pages with photos (smaller files); PNG for text-heavy pages and diagrams (sharper, lossless).
Why is the text slightly blurry?
Increase the DPI. At 72 DPI an A4 page is only 595 pixels wide; at 200 DPI it’s 1654 pixels.
Can I convert a password-protected PDF?
Only if you know the password — you’ll be prompted for it.
