About this tool
Two of the most common date questions are “how many days until…” and “what date is 90 days from now?”. This tool answers both, including a working-day count (Monday–Friday) that’s useful for deadlines, notice periods and shipping estimates.
Month and year arithmetic follows calendar rules: adding one month to 31 January gives the last day of February, not 3 March.
Frequently asked questions
Does the count include both the start and end dates?
By default it counts the days between the two dates (end minus start). Tick “include end date” to count both ends, as you would for the length of a hotel stay or a rental.
What are business days?
Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. Public holidays are not excluded because they differ by country.
How do I find a date 90 days from today?
In the second card, leave the start date as today, enter 90, choose Days and Add.
Which calendar is used?
The Gregorian calendar, as used by almost every country today, with leap years handled automatically.
